Drilling of French Hot Dog baguettes
The machine works in a semi-automatic mode, which allows you to cut and drill holes in frozen semi-finished products of different sizes. Simple design, easy to operate and debug quickly and efficiently prepare the workpiece for packaging.
Manually, by the operator, the products are inserted into the cassette in 9 positions and moved through the slide to the disc knife for trimming the ends and the position of drilling holes. The automatic drilling process is activated after the operator presses the "START" button. At this point, the workpieces are pressed with pneumatic clamps and drilling is carried out to a given depth. At the end of this stage, the carriage with drills moves to the starting position, and the clamps release the workpiece. The drilled blanks are manually removed from the cassettes and placed in containers. Drilling and cutting products fall into separate containers.
